Genesis: Names of God

Today I was reading back in Genesis. I read something I do not recall reading before. Jacob referred to God as the Fear of Issac several times. It is one of those names of God I never recall hearing. I suppose that it has to do with Abraham attempting to sacrifice Issac to God.
